Occupational Therapists

AlediumHR is partnering with a leading Medical Center to bring on Occupational Therapists in a variety of roles and responsibilities who want more than just a routine caseload.

This role gives you exposure across acute care and rehabilitation, working with patients who truly need hands-on, functional recovery support. If you're the type who takes pride in helping patients regain independence and get back to their lives, this is a solid fit.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
• Work across multiple settings, including acute care, inpatient rehab, and medical-surgical units
• Deliver therapy that supports daily living activities, mobility, and safety
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and equipment use
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Experience

• Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings
• Comfort working across different patient populations and care environments
