Job Title:  Occupational Therapy Assistant                                     Location: Madison and Ortonville, MN

Position type: Full-time                                                                   Hours per week: 40

This position will work in a variety of settings including SNF, LTC, Inpatient and outpatient with some possible coverage in home health. This position will also include school based and/or outpatient pediatric coverage.

This is a benefited position that will work an average of 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) Monday through Friday approximately 8:00-4:30pm.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program must be licensed as an OTA in Minnesota or be eligible to apply.
