What You’ll Do:

• Deliver personalized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  
• Help clients regain daily living skills through meaningful interventions in the comfort of their home
  
• Promote independence and safety through adaptive equipment training, energy conservation, and activity modifications
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to create holistic treatment plans
  
• Accurately document sessions, track progress, and report patient response in compliance with EMR standards
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  
• Active COTA license in Minnesota
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
• Strong communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills
