What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Providing in-home OT treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT (no trust falls, we promise).
•  Tracking progress, adapting plans, and helping patients crush everyday goals.
•  Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely do the things that matter — from getting dressed to conquering the microwave.
•  Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won’t ruin your night.
•  Delivering care that’s hands-on, heart-forward, and never boring.

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), licensed in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience

•  EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally damage you)
•  Home health experience is a plus — but we’ll happily train the right person
