Join our energetic, family-centered pediatric clinic as a Occupational Therapy Technician! At Excel Pediatric Therapy, we provide high-quality, play-based care to children with a variety of physical and sensory challenges — all within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. 

As a OT Technician, you’ll play an essential support role within our occupational therapy team. You’ll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistants to help prepare treatment areas, support therapy sessions, and ensure our clinic runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in pediatric healthcare, occupational therapy, or pursuing a future career in the rehab field.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit OT team that values collaboration, learning, and celebrating each child’s milestones. From helping set up fun, movement-based activities to encouraging kids during sessions, you’ll contribute to an environment where children feel supported and motivated to succeed.

As a high-performing OT Tech, you will have an opportunity for full tuition reimbursement to attend a COTA program! 

Schedule

• Full-time


• Monday - Thursday 


• 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Lunch 12:15 - 1:00)

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists and COTAs in preparing therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions


• Support therapists during sessions by helping manage equipment and maintain a safe environment


• Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day


• Assist with patient flow, including escorting families to and from treatment areas


• Monitor inventory of supplies and notify leadership when items need to be restocked


• Help maintain an engaging, child-friendly therapy environment


• Participate in team meetings and contribute to maintaining a collaborative clinic culture


• Provide general administrative or operational support as needed

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Interest in occupational therapy, healthcare, kinesiology, or related field preferred


• Experience working with children is a plus


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Physical ability to lift, move, and assist with equipment safely
