Job Description

The Organizational Change Management Analyst will support large, complex organizational change initiatives and lead small to medium-sized change efforts at Visa, including business process and technology changes, concentrating on the people side of change.

This role provides hands-on project support to senior change managers and offers exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration work. While M&A is a key areas of experience in this role, responsibilities will span a broader portfolio of enterprise change initiatives across Corporate IT.

• Provide tactical support across multiple change management initiatives
• Support M&A integration efforts as part of broader enterprise change portfolios
• Coordinate project, sponsor, and stakeholder meetings, including presentations, training sessions, office hours, and related events
• Collect and synthesize data for change impact analyses and readiness assessments
• Develop change communications and supporting materials
• Track, organize, and report on change management activities and milestones
• Lead small to medium-sized change initiatives and develop change management plans to drive successful adoption

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
• 2 + years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 0 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD), OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
• 4 + years of relevant work experience
• Prosci or other change management certification or designation is desired
• Working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $98,700.00 to $ 153,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
