OCM with SAP Transformation

About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a growing consumer goods organization to find an OCM Lead for their SAP transformation initiative, based in Napa, CA (hybrid).

This role supports a large-scale technology rollout, driving the people side of change so the new systems and processes actually stick. You'll build the change strategy, communication plans, and adoption approach that determine whether the transformation succeeds in practice, not just on paper.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute an Organizational Change Management strategy aligned to project goals
  


• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  


• Design and deliver communication plans and executive-level messaging
  


• Facilitate leadership alignment and engagement sessions
  


• Define governance frameworks for the change effort
  


• Contribute to the training strategy supporting the rollout
  


• Manage change deliverables including readiness assessments and adoption metrics
  


• Monitor and mitigate risks related to change adoption
  

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP projects
  


• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms (S/4HANA preferred) and related business processes
  


• Expertise in change communications strategy and impact measurement
  


• Organizational design and transition planning experience
  


• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
  


• Experience collaborating with client, competitor, and complementary consultant teams
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Participation in 5+ major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems
  


• Led more than four large-scale business change initiatives
  


• Led or played a major role in more than three large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives
  


• Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations
  

Technical Environment:

• SAP S/4HANA
  


• ERP change management tooling and frameworks
  

What Success Looks Like:

• A working OCM strategy and stakeholder communication plan delivered within the engagement window
  


• Governance framework and training strategy contributions in place for handoff
  


• Clear risk log and mitigation plan for ongoing change adoption
