Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Oculoplastic Surgeon for an established, physician-owned ophthalmology practice in Blaine, Minnesota, just north of the Twin Cities. This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who wants to build and lead a growing oculoplastics service line while working toward physician partnership and ownership.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an opportunity to build your own patient base, develop the oculoplastics program, and practice within an independent, physician-led organization with no plans for private equity. The position offers significant clinical autonomy, production-based earning potential, dedicated procedure space, ASC access, and a defined opportunity to work toward physician partnership and ownership.

COMPENSATION & OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
• $275,000-$300,000 Guaranteed Base Salary
• 28%-35% Production-Based Compensation
• Uncapped Earning Potential
• Established Physicians Expected To Earn $400,000-$450,000+ First Year
• High-Performing Physicians Can Potentially Earn $600,000-$700,000+
• Partnership / Ownership Opportunity Can Provide Earning Potential Of $750,000-$1,000,000+

PRACTICE MODEL
• Approximately 4.5 Days Per Week
• Approximately 1 Day Dedicated To OR / ASC Cases
• Remaining Time Focused On Clinic And Office-Based Procedures
• Dedicated Procedure Space That The Physician Can Help Customize To Their Practice
• ASC / Surgical Center Access
• Opportunity To Build Patient Volume And Develop The Oculoplastics Service Line
• Independent, Physician-Led Practice
• Physician Shareholders Have A Voice In The Direction Of The Organization

OCULOPLASTIC SCOPE
The practice offers a broad range of reconstructive, functional, and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures, including:
• Blepharoplasty
• Ptosis Repair
• Ectropion Repair
• Eyelid Lesion Removal / Biopsy
• Chalazion Treatment / Excision
• Tear-Duct Surgery
• Orbital Surgery
• Eyelid Reconstruction
• Brow Procedures
• Botox And Injectable Fillers

More extensive procedures are performed in the OR / ASC, while many office-based procedures can be performed in the dedicated clinic procedure space.
