Job Description - OD & Talent Management Specialist

  • Partner with communication/marketing team to define and deliver a robust communication plan in support of project deliverables.
  • Responsible for all aspects of training administration including New Hire Employee Orientation (NEO) program runs successfully.
  • Perform analysis of various training programs using feedback
  • Preparation and maintenance of HR processes as needed.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of employee development programs and talent management processes.
  • Content/communication building for HR projects.

 


  • Corporate training/facilitation certification - preferred
  • Strong PC Skills specifically including email and PowerPoint, moderately complex spreadsheets, graphics applications, and project planning
  • Good in Communication
  • Good in Presentation Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
  • Mass communication & diploma in designing will be added advantage
  •  3-5 year of experience
