Delta Galil Industries is seeking an experienced OD Lead to drive organizational development strategies that enhance our company's culture and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for facilitating change and growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement global OD solutions and programs for targeted populations.
Identify needs and gaps of a population/focus area and translate them into OD solutions and practices.
Design, lead, and facilitate global OD solutions according to the organization vision, values, and business strategy.
Develop programs for developing and upskilling key populations (e.g., coaching, mentoring, etc.)
Lead the organizational Annual Performance Cycle, in partnership with C&B, design support materials and education for leaders and employees.
Lead AI-driven process redesign initiatives, working from a blank-slate mindset. Instead of improving existing workflows, define the desired outcome first and build the most effective path to get there, leveraging AI tools and modern ways of working.
Partner with business leaders to identify processes that can be transformed, not just improved, through AI adoption. Champion a culture of outcome-first thinking and continuous reinvention.
Lead engagement surveys and support the HRBP and leadership to build an action plan to drive employee engagement and enhance business results.
Lead change initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and fostering a culture receptive to change.
Assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs through ongoing feedback, evaluations and analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and skills:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
Strong OD professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in global organizations.
Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, culture, and change management principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive insights for informed decision-making.
Demonstrated experience leading organizational change in environments undergoing digital or AI transformation.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application to HR and OD processes, including workflow automation, people analytics, and AI-assisted learning design.
Ability to approach organizational challenges with a fresh perspective, setting aside legacy assumptions and designing solutions based on what is possible today, not what has worked in the past.
Being able to zoom into details while leading at an enterprise level with strong project management skills.
Ability to effectively interact with and influence HR leads.
Ability to think strategically and align organizational development initiatives with broader business objectives.
Project management and organizational skills to coordinate Organizational Initiatives effectively.
Solving skills to address challenges in learning initiatives.
Certification in organizational development or related fields is a plus.
