OEM Program Manager

Summary

Steel Warehouse   has an opportunity for an OEM Program Manager at our Waynesboro PA

facility. The position requires managing and   maintaining all aspects related to the business needs

of the OEM   customer program including problem solving, forecasting, pricing and margins,   and 

strategizing on   improving sales, and relationship building. 

Responsibilities

* Maintain pricing formulas for all   fabricators and OEM on the program

* Monitor margins and look for areas to   improve

* Monitor percent of shipments from each SW   location as compared to the full program tons

* Keep BUMS updated on mill sourcing and   their plant sourcing options related to the  program.

* Hold quarterly review meetings with BUMs,   GMs, OSRs, ISRs, and National Account Manager

to review and update all on the status of   the specific OEM program. This   includes tons,

forecasts, pricing, margins and mill   sourcing.

* Insure MC buckets and deals are maintained   and updated

* Police deals to insure compliance to the   agreement's tons and pricing.

* Strategize on ways to improve tons and   margins

* Credit monitoring as a whole program, and   per individual fabricator

Requirements

Requirements

* 4-year degree   preferred but not required

* 3-5 years’   experience preferred

* Ability to solve problems

* Proactive communicator with customers and   internally

* Competent in SW systems and procedures with   a proven track record

* Proficient in Excel

* Well organized

* Strong attention to detail

* Travel, as needed
