Now Hiring: Remote Assistance Operators (Austin, TX – On-Site)
Help monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time.

We’re hiring Remote Assistance Operators to keep an eye on self-driving vehicles and step in remotely when needed. This role is crucial for keeping the fleet safe and reliable as we move toward fully driverless operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor autonomous vehicles using camera feeds and tools

• Step in remotely to help vehicles when needed

• Log important events and issues

• Review trips and flag any problems

• Join team discussions to improve performance and safety

• Keep track of shift activity and communicate with team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in technical support, dispatch, or operations (e.g., IT or transportation)

• Strong decision-making under pressure

• Detail-oriented and great at keeping records

• Basic knowledge of autonomous vehicles, or eager to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GPS or remote monitoring tools

• Knowledge of how autonomous systems “see” and plan

• Familiarity with logs or event data

Schedule & Location:

• On-site in Austin, TX (Remote Operations Center)

• Rotating shifts, including weekends

• Must be available for both morning and evening shifts
  Great Austin Texas Autonomous vehicle job morning shift is 6am to 2pm and 2nd shift 
  is 2:30pm to 11pm $24-$28 per hour plus great benefit package!!!
