A CCK Office Administrative Specialist is responsible for the successful daily operations of CCK offices, including general administration, event planning and coordination, hospitality, and facilities management. This position provides a wide range of office management and administrative support duties. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests at the front desk, screening, and      routing phone calls, managing conference rooms
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, filling and      other administrative tasks. Assist Tulsa office as needed.
  • Assists with new hire workspace set up and onboarding.
  • Maintains all office areas, including ordering      office supplies and restock snack room.
  • Manages relationship with landlord and building staff.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assists with organizing and executing office events.
  • Manages in-office catering needs.
  • Supports entire office as needs arise. 
  • Notarize documents as need arises.
  • Assist in travel bookings for all staff and new      teammates during onboarding.

Knowledge, Skills, and abilities

  • Motivated self-starter with      excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and communications skills
  • Customer service focus, for both internal and      external clients
  • Ability to prioritize tasks,      exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive      information.
  • Must have strong skills in organization, planning      and problem-solving. Must exhibit the ability to work independently and as      part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented.
  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office      applications and Adobe Acrobat required.
  • Must be technology savvy, with a demonstrated      ability to quickly learn new software.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Two-year experience working in a professional      environment preferred.
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates the      unexpected.
