Seyon Management (SM) is a national property services firm servicing some of the largest institutional real estate owners in the world. The firm provides property management, construction management, financial reporting and accounting services, asset management, and corporate advisory services. SM is headquartered in Boston with regional offices in Miami, FL and Philadelphia, PA. The firm's current management portfolio consists of 11 million square feet nationally.
SM is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join its corporate team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including organizing office operations, providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and other duties as listed below. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all office related activities including but not limited to office maintenance, mailing, shipping, and supply ordering.
Organize supplies upon delivery, including snacks, beverages, and office supplies
Organize and distribute mail
Manage shipping needs via FedEx, UPS, and or USPS
Assist in managing the access control system for the office
Act as a liaison between the company, building management, and other office related vendors
Maintain office cleanliness
Manage conference room scheduling and setup
Route mainline calls as needed
Provide general leadership and corporate support as needed
Executive expense tracking and report curation
Assist with HR related activities. Duties include but are not limited to onboarding administrative tasks and offboarding administrative tasks.
Assist in managing social media platforms, inclusive of company website and PR.

Other general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

Skills & Experience Required :
Associate's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of work experience in administrative/office management role.
Exceptional organizational skills and effective time management skills with ability to multi-task.
Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with interdepartmental colleagues.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation details:

20-25 Hourly Wage
