Job Description - Office Administrator

We are actively hiring an Office Administrator to join our Corporate Staff working in Reston, VA. You will be responsible for various administrative duties supporting ATS Corporate Staff .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet, sign- in, and direct guests
Serve as general POC for the ATS office – ATS Employees, contractors, deliveries, etc.
Maintain conference room’s calendars and requests (Schedule Meetings)
Order office supplies and maintain inventory of office supplies
Print, scan, copy, and file as needed
Monthly expense reports for corporate credit card
Arrange travel as needed
Order catering for lunch meetings/office events
Draft Monthly updates for CEO’s newsletter
Conduct mass mailings for various ATS functions
Draft, confirm, order business cards for ATS employee/new hires
Maintain professional relationship with Building Management for cleaning concerns, maintenance issues, building access requests, contracted work, inclement weather notices, etc.
Maintain professional relationship with Red River for IT Support as needed
Direct phone calls/messages as needed
Receive and distribute mail/packages in the office
Data entry as needed by various departments
Run errands to local establishments as needed
Assist in event coordinating (Holiday Party, Picnic, baby showers, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
U.S. Citizenship required
No Education Requirement
Previous administrative experience strongly preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multi-task
