Job Summary:

Arrowroot Capital is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator (10-20 hours per week) for our growing Miami office. The position will directly assist the Managing Partner and Partners to perform administrative, general personnel, and maintenance-related tasks across business functions and operations. This is a unique opportunity where upon demonstrated results, the position’s responsibilities may grow with the needs of the business toward a full-time position.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Office Administration/Management including vendor coordination, office supplies, shipping/receiving.
  • Complete projects and errands for the office and Partners as assigned.
  • Assist with general HR duties, Accounts Payable, and Billing, as needed.
  • Oversee support from outsourced IT service provider.
  • Expense reporting for office purchases.
  • Various office projects, scheduling and coordination as assigned.
  • Executive & Personal Assistance – i.e. calendar/inbox management, scheduling/meeting preparation, research, events, and other tasks, as assigned.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self‐starting team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • 3+ years of Office Administration/Management experience in a fast-paced environment; private equity or financial services experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Technically savvy, and proven ability to pick up new systems and tools quickly.
  • Experience with Google Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Customer orientation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Experience working in a front desk or office admin capacity.
