Job Brief:
We are seeking a dependable Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks and ensure seamless operations within our company. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to uphold efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and other logistical tasks for upper management.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant data.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations, and assist with proposals as assigned.

Requirements:
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Software for bookkeeping.
- Proven experience in office administration, office assistance, or a related role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (such as ERP systems).
