Office Administrator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a new team member to fill our part-time

upport role for our office located in downtown

Laguna Beach

. Our ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and be the on-site representative of Shift Digital.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct office visitors
Assist in onboarding new employees
Coordinate office maintenance
Coordinate tech support and office equipment
Assist in coordinating office social functions
Pick up and deliver mail
Order food and office supplies
Schedule Executive travel and assist with expense reports
Assist with all other office duties and special projects
What We Require:
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in a busy environment
• Ability to perform duties with little or no supervision
• Professionalism with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with visitors and co-workers
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
