Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks within the warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, communicating with suppliers and customers, and providing administrative support to warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Monitor inventory movement and update inventory databases/systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Generate inventory reports for management review.
  • Receive and process incoming orders.
  • Prepare and schedule shipments based on order requirements.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange transportation.
  • Generate shipping labels and documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues or concerns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to warehouse activities, such as receiving reports, packing slips, and shipping manifests.
  • Support warehouse managers and supervisors with various administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
  • Bilingual in English / Mandarin or English / Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

  • Location: 4625 District Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058
