About the Role

We’re looking for an Office & Employee Experience to help create a smooth, welcoming, and energetic day-to-day experience for our team, customers, and partners.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the company.

Please note: this is a full-time, on-site role.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the office running smoothly on a daily basis
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Support employee wellbeing, office culture, and team experience
• Help organize happy hours, and office initiatives
• Welcome visitors, customers, and partners to the office
• Support scheduling, meetings, and travel coordination for the CEO
• Take part in creating an organized, positive, and high-energy work environmen

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in office administration, operations, or similar roles
• Startup experience — an advantage
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, service-oriented, and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal English
