We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our painting company. This role will support daily administrative operations and provide support to the Area Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and track paint orders for all field jobs.
• Manage and maintain inventory.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and generate reports.
• Place and receive bi-weekly inventory orders.
• Assist customers with color selection.
• Help coordinate weekly and monthly job schedules.
• Support asset management and equipment repairs.
• Maintain office and warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred).
• Experience with JobTread (preferred).
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
Additional Notes:
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently.
