Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our growing dealership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services and vehicles
- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and managing cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus
