Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks

Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and mailing

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Perform general clerical duties and maintain office cleanliness and order

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
