We are a growing multidisciplinary therapy clinic in need of an Office Assistant. We provide Physical, Occupational, Speech & Massage Therapy. This position is for our Hill Rd location.

Pay rate for this position ranges from $12.48 - $14/hour

Job tasks include:

Greeting and checking in patients

Handle incoming calls and other communication

Scheduling patients

Verification of insurance

Complete intake paperwork of new patients.

Scanning, copying, faxing

Collecting co-pays

Organize and maintain office space

Work on Google drive/sheets

Assist Office Manager with tasks

Assist with cleaning around the office

Qualifications

EMR Knowledge - preferred

Health Insurance knowledge - required

Microsoft office knowledge - required

Google drive knowledge - required

Saturdays may be required

Clinic hours are 8am - 7pm (schedule will vary during those times)

Healthcare experience is preferred

Sales experience is a plus

Customer Service experience is a plus

Compensation: $12.48 - $14.00 per hour

We are multi-disciplinary therapy clinic offering Physical, Occupational, Speech & Massage therapy services to our Genesee County community.
