JOB TITLE: Office Assistant
PAY RATE: $16.50/hr
SCHEDULE: 1st shift | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
LOCATION: Santa Ana, CA, 92701
As an Office Assistant, you will assist with the day-to-day office and support duties due to an increased workload and support office coverage due to unforeseen circumstances.
Job Description:
Assignment duties include, but are not limited to:
- General office duties under the direction of HQ Office Services administrative supervisors.
- Receptionist duties include answering telephone calls and referring callers who may be better served elsewhere, and personally assisting callers by providing standard information on policies, programs, and procedures per agency guidelines.
- Miscellaneous office duties as they become apparent.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to efficiently and professionally communicate to a high call volume of phone calls.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office that includes light MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask assignments
