Office Assistant Client & Video Support (On-Site)

This is a fully on-site office role inside a fast-moving dog daycare and grooming facility — not remote or hybrid.

You’ll be the person families rely on to feel confident about their dog’s care — keeping communication clear, details handled, and sharing real photo and video moments from their dog’s day. If you like being present, organized, and finishing what you start, you’ll feel at home here.

What This Role Is

• Front-desk and office support in an active dog care environment
• Daily photo and short video capture to support client communication
• Structured, checklist-driven work where follow-through matters
• A fast-paced setting with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities

This role works best for someone who prefers clear expectations, routine, and ownership, not open-ended creative work or constant variety.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and handle face-to-face and phone communication throughout the day
• Answer questions and follow up after tours, evaluations, and grooming visits
• Capture simple, real photo and video moments (arrivals, settling in, staff interactions)
• Track messages, notes, and details so nothing slips through the cracks
• Step into the daycare space as needed — this is a hands-on team environment, not a desk-only role

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Fully on-site in Everett, WA; Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Live within a 30-minute drive of our facility at 6628 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203
• Able to stay focused, accurate, and professional in a fast-paced, noisy environment with frequent interruptions
• Comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes (up to ~150 lbs) and moving confidently through an active facility
• Strong face-to-face and phone communication skills — clear, calm, and client-focused
• Sharp visual eye where you can consistently capture clear, high-quality photos and short videos that go beyond a quick snap and accurately show a dog’s personality and experience in our care.
• Comfortable using computers and systems to track notes, messages, and follow-through
• At least one role lasting 12 consecutive months or longer since 2023
• Able to pass a background check

Compensation

Effort and consistency are directly rewarded in this role. Most team members earn the equivalent of $25–$28 per hour when daily benchmarks are consistently met. Team members with strong judgment around photo and video capture — choosing moments that genuinely reassure and connect clients — often earn toward the higher end of that range.

This position does not currently include employer-sponsored health, dental, or retirement benefits.
