Job Description - Office Assistant/ General Office Clerk - Start Immediately

North County company has an opening for an Office Clerk. This is a temp to hire opening.

This will be onsite, hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Duties will be:
Assisting the Manager with office duties
Answer incoming calls/emails
Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request
General data entry, alpha numeric
Analyze/ Investigate Information- enter information into the database
Communication with Internal Departments and Owners regarding any issues
Data Entry background
Must be organized and detailed
