Adecco has an immediate direct hire opening for our client in Solon, Ohio for an Office Assistant.
This is not a temp to hire opening. You will be working directly for the client on day one!
Responsibilities:
• Support the functions of Purchasing, Project Management, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Provide backup support for answering phone calls
• Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information
• Assist associates in ways to optimize procedures
• Coordinate communications between company locations to ensure compliance with established
policies
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate for this role will have two years of experience in an office environment.
Candidates will possess the following skills, attributes and experiences:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or other relevant administrative role
• Strong customer service skills
• Extreme proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of back-office computer systems (ERP software, CRM software or other database
systems)
• Familiarity with Quickbooks preferred
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to multi-task
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team and changing work
environment
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business preferred.
Starting yearly salary is $40 to $50k a year.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
