Job Description - Office Assistant- PT - Excellent Benefits Package

We are seeking an organized Office Assistant- PT to join our growing team at ABR Employment Services in Green Bay, WI.

Now Hiring: Office Assistant- PT (could be full time) 
11am- 5pm (Monday- Friday) 
$18-$20 per hour 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office and assisting various departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies inventory, receiving checks/deposits. 
  2. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records in our database systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness, as well as reviewing and documenting applications. 
  3. Filing and Organizing: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
  4. Assist with Correspondence: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  5. Customer Service: Greet visitors and assist with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner as well as assist with any portal questions and rental questions. 
  6. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as required.
  7. Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable: Support the finance department with accepting payments and security deposits.
  8. Assist with Special Projects: Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
