We are currently looking to hire a full-time Office Assistant for our Corporate office located in Flint, MI. This position requires dedication, time management, organization, and a friendly welcoming personality!
Must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check!
Position starts at $18.00/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome & greet visitors
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Maintain & oversee Oakley office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as:
filing
photocopying
faxing
Order and distribute Flatrock apparel for new hires and current employees
Complete finger printing for all scheduled appointments
Assist with preparing for companywide meetings
Oversee spreadsheets for various projects
Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Prepare and format information for internal and external distribution
Assist the CSA team with any Oakley or companywide events and supplies
Maintain a positive, open, and supportive relationship with all management and staff
Work closely with HR assistants and Executive Assistant on any other task as assigned
Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights
Complete any additional tasks assigned by HR Director
Qualifications:
Must be able to successfully pass a Idemia (Identigo) background check
High School Diploma or GED
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Must have reliable transportation
