Office Assistant/ Receptionist

Our team is looking for a friendly face to greet our clients with a smile. As our receptionist, you'll be the first impression and the last goodbye. If you're organized, multitasking, and have a passion for people, this is the perfect role for you. for patients, family members and visitors!

• Answer and direct incoming calls


• Welcome on-site visitors, assist them appropriately, COVID 19 screening and always provide excellent customer service to both the visitors and fellow staff members.


• Assist BOM with all aspects of clerical, data entry, and billing duties.

• Must have a minimum High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D


• Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment


• Must have excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service skills


• Must have working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within Microsoft Office Suite, or similar programs


• Reliable transportation required
