Job Title: Office Assistant
Pay rate: $16.50
Duration: Not to exceed 90 Calendar Days
Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description:
• General office duties under the direction of Office Services administrative supervisors.
• Receptionist duties that include answering telephone calls and referring callers who may
be better served elsewhere, and personally assist callers by providing standard information
on policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with OCWR’s agency guidelines.
• Miscellaneous office duties as they become apparent.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to efficiently and professionally communicate to a high call volume of phone calls.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office that includes light MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask assignments
