Office Assistant-Hospitality - Leading Industry Pay

***Shift timing***

08:00 am to 05:00 pm (Mon to Fri)

Must be fully vaccinated.

A person with customer service experience is optimal.

Some office experience but not necessary as they will be trained.

The candidate will be responsible for printing, copying, scanning; help with maintaining the kitchens & pantry areas; conference room setups; delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail.

Hospitality setups and breakdowns, backing up reception, overall customer service will be the main focus

There is no extensive lifting,

BUT WALKING THE FLOORS ALL DAY IS A MUST.

Nothing over 50#They are not required to lift over 50 lbs.

Any heavy lifting is done with two people.

Seeking candidates with Hotel experience or outsourcing .

MUST BE PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE AND COMMUNICATION AT ALL TIMES

Pay: $20.50 per hour
