We are looking for an experienced office assistant/scheduling coordinator for our office. We are a high-profile service company that operates in the northern Utah area. Several crews run daily to job sites for projects and tasks. We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, communication, scheduling, and geographical awareness, and who has a positive upbeat attitude. Responsibilities



  • Reports to - Office management

  • Schedule incoming jobs

  • Confirm with builders and homeowners for upcoming jobs

  • Coordinate with installers

  • Place special orders

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Attend and take notes in company meetings

  • Assist in Human Resources

  • Miscellaneous office tasks

  • Google Suite; Docs, Sheets, Keep, Drive use and implementation


Position Requirements


  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work unsupervised

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work through scheduling demands and conflicts with composure and diplomacy

  • Great communication skills

  • Well organized

  • Ability to coordinate, revise and help maintain the installation schedule

  • Strong troubleshooting and logic skills

  • Competent computer skills, Knowledge of the “Jobber” application i

  • Ability to learn new programs

  • Ability to work as a team or independently

  • Experience using builder portals is preferred but not required

  • Experience working in the construction trades is valued

  • Experience in Human Recourses is a bonus

  • New hire and random drug testing clearance

  • Transportation to and from work

  • Come to work appearing in a way that would make your Mother proud

  • A positive attitude that matches or lifts our excellent team

  • Love to provide great customer service

Be home early enough to enjoy your family, friends, pets, and hobbies, our office hours are 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Thursday and 7 AM to 3 PM on Fridays.




Holidays observed; New Year, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid holidays. Pioneer Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve are yours for your enjoyment.
