We are an organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings; interiors, exteriors, commercial, offices, and condominiums. Position Overview:

Provide support to the following functions: Customer Communication & Experience, Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate incoming customer communications

Send estimate follow up communication to customers with Sales Associate’s direction.

Support project scheduling

Support Pre-production needs

Invoice customers and track accounts payable

Pay all bills and maintain all files.

Enter Annual Financial Plan (AFP) into QuickBooks.

Issue Purchase Orders (PO’s).

Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees/sub-contractors.

Conduct follow-ups with customers.

Participate in regional or national on-going training conferences/meetings.

Qualifications/Certifications:

High school diploma or GED

College degree a plus

Experienced with social media and digital marketing

Organized and detailed oriented

Knowledge of Microsoft office packages

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

1+ years of Office Assistant experience (preferred)
