Job Summary

We are seeking a Dental Biller to join our team! You will be making phone calls or sending emails to customers/insurance companies with outstanding debts, discussing their options for repayment,. You will also be maintaining records of communications with customers/insurances and processing incoming payments. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong computer skills, and comfortability working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to discuss their accounts and outstanding balances

Talking to insurances to discuss payments and accounts

Maintain excellent records of customer interactions

Maintain excellent patient routing forms, before sending to insurance

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Dental knowledge preferred

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
