Job Description:



Seronda Network We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our office. This role demands a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  


Responsibilities:



  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents both in electronic and paper formats.

  • Assist with preparing and sending correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders for new supplies when necessary.

  • Greet visitors, ensuring they are welcomed and directed to the appropriate personnel or department.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date databases.


Skills Required:



  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
