Position Title: Office Clerk

Position Summary:
The Office Clerk serves as the first point of contact for our organization, welcoming visitors, staff, and youth with a warm and helpful attitude. This role plays a key part in creating a positive office environment by guiding guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations, including handling correspondence and managing phone calls. Additionally, the Office Clerk provides essential support to the Finance team through tasks such as invoice entry, mail processing, deposits, and daily revenue tracking.
