Job Description - Office Clerk

JOB SUMMARY:

Hog Slat, Inc., is currently in search of an Office Clerk to be located at our Guymon, Oklahoma location

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change.

Complete accurate data entry and data processing within deadlines requiring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Respond to requests for information and assist employees and external customers with inquiries.

Complete periodic reports and submissions.

Prepare documents and complete filing

Act as HR Designee and assist with pre-employment hire process, including screening, new hire orientation.

Answer phones; greet the public (including walk-in customers, applicants, vendors, etc.).

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background:

Experience in an office administrator role

Ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers or employees of organizations.

Must have very strong data entry/typing/computer skills

General PC familiarity required; Ability to use Outlook Email, Word and Excel in daily communication

Previous experience in one or more administrative departments such as accounts receivable, payroll or human resources.

Prior experience with process specific computing software.
