Office Clerk - Energetic Workplace

Description Of Duties:  We are looking for a person with previous experience in an office or administrative role. 

• Sorting paperwork
• Maintain files and records
• Scanning 
• Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Data Entry Skills

• Computer Proficiency

• Customer Service

• Organization

• Time Management

• Customer Service

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Work independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
