We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Office Clinical Manager to oversee nursing staff and report directly to the Director of Clinical Services for Envision Hospice’s coverage area in Washington State.

Office Clinical Manager - Job Summary:

• The Office Clinical Manager will assist the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator in supervising hospice services for patients in their place of residence, according to physician orders, and strive to provide the highest quality of care.


• Skilled nursing and other services will be furnished under the supervision of the Clinical Manager.


• The Clinical Manager is always available during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate if unavailable) and participates in all activities relevant to professional services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of personnel.

Office Clinical Manager Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  
  
  
  • Must have current BLS certification.
  
  
  
  


• At least three to five (3-5) years of management experience working for a Hospice Company is required.
  
  
  
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse in hospice is required.
  
  
  
  


• Acceptance of the mission, philosophy, and goals of Envision Hospice.


• The ability to exercise initiative, productivity, and independent judgment.


• The ability to work with individuals to enlist the cooperation of many people to perform and achieve a common goal. Good oral and written communication skills.


• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and EMR experience required.

Office Clinical Manager Compensation: $117K–$122K annually, depending on experience.
All rates are negotiable within this range and will be discussed during the hiring process.
