Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to manage front desk operations at our Historic Homes location. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and general email inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the values and historical significance of Parker Ranch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers, directing inquiries to appropriate Ranch leadership or staff.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Oversee daily office readiness, including handling mail and maintaining cleanliness.
- Update and manage phone and voicemail systems.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of office supplies.
- Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and systems.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in office administration or coordination is preferred.

Qualification/Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of order and cleanliness.
• Experience or willingness to learn about Parker Ranch’s hunting, access, events, merchandise, and digital programs.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills for welcoming guests and engaging with staff and the community.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems; capable of managing scheduling, inventory tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of or interest in learning Hawaii hunting and firearm regulations and Parker Ranch’s wildlife program.
• Must be adaptable, proactive, and committed to supporting the Ranch’s operations and community presence.
Special Requirements:
• Valid Driver's license with no restrictions.
• Work requires frequent contact with employees at all levels and the public.
