MaintainX is on a mission to transform how frontline teams manage work. We’re growing fast, and as we continue to expand our footprint, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Raleigh office.
This role is onsite in our office in Downtown Raleigh.
We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion.
As the heartbeat of our workspace, you’ll ensure our office runs smoothly, is stocked and welcoming, and feels like home for our team. You'll be the go-to person for all things onsite—from office supplies and events to onboarding support and space management. This is an onsite role based in Raleigh and will report directly to our Office Manager based in Montreal.
