We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our administrative and clinical operations. Our Office Coordinator enjoys some notable benefits:

• Salary: $52,000 – $62,000 annually, based on experience


• Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As an Office Coordinator, here’s a big picture view of what you’ll do: 

• Provide administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the hospice department


• Coordinate referrals and intake processes, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely communication


• Collaborate with clinical and management teams to enhance patient satisfaction and streamline office workflows


• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and billing audits while maintaining compliance and accuracy


• Communicate professionally with patients, families, referral sources, and staff—always with confidentiality and compassion

A few must-haves for our Office Coordinator: 

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred


• At least one year of healthcare or business office experience in a fast-paced, customer-service environment


• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through


• A team player who takes ownership of their work and strives for continuous improvement
