Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator supports daily office operations, workplace technology needs, and front-office administrative functions. This role helps ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The Office Coordinator provides entry-level technology support, administrative coordination, and reception coverage, while also assisting with company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform front desk responsibilities, including welcoming employees, clients, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, and managing incoming phone calls and visitor coordination.
Assist with shipping and receiving functions, including processing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Provide document support for in-office, hybrid, and remote staff, including printing, scanning, and general document handling.
Assist with office, printer, and breakroom supply inventory, coordinating ordering and restocking as needed
Support general office operations by helping maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming workplace environment.
Assist with administrative and operational support for the Management Team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting travel arrangements as requested.
Support company events, internal initiatives, and employee engagement activities as needed.
Provide basic IT configuration and troubleshooting support for office equipment and workstations, assisting internal help desk or external IT vendors when necessary.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
1–3 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, IT support, or a related role preferred
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology systems
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong team-oriented mindset

Schedule:
Full-time, Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law)
Standard schedule of 8-hour daytime shifts
Monday through Friday
Work Location:
In-person position based in the Syracuse, NY office.
