Description:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator with 2-3 years of office administration and/or management experience who can hit the ground running from day one. This is a plug-and-play role for someone who already knows the ropes — no learning curve, no hand-holding. You will be responsible for keeping our Miami office running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coconut Grove, FL.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
2-3 years of hands-on office administration and/or management experience — this is a plug-and-play role requiring immediate impact
Written and verbal English/Spanish native fluency
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills with sharp attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills — able to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
Sound judgment and decision-making within established procedures and systems
Self-starter with a high energy level and a proactive mindset
Able to navigate multiple personalities and manage diverse stakeholder needs across all US office locations
Proactive problem-solver: if you see something that needs handling, you take ownership without waiting to be asked
Process improvement mindset: comfortable creating new systems and workflows to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Preferred:
Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company or FinTech environment
