Daily Tasks:

Coordinate Domestic and International travel weekly.
Distribute mail to the proper department and manage outgoing mail.
Conduct the onboarding process for new employees.
Schedule conferences, meetings, and event management
Develop and implement new office policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience as an office coordinator
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Enjoys organization and planning.
