Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, scheduling maintenance, organizing lunches, and handling travel arrangements. Additionally, you will assist with personal tasks related to the employer's family, including coordinating activities for children. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
