• Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
