Opening:

Office EDI Administrator
Location:

North Charlotte
Pay:

$19/hour
***Must sit fully on-site

Responsibilities:
Process large groups of orders quickly and accurately on a weekly basis using multiple software programs
Process orders prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create labels and packing slips using EDI with a high degree of accuracy
Route orders weekly within the required timeframe
Process BOLs and print for the warehouse
Invoice orders using GP and EDI
Maintain files on paper as well as electronically
Maintain Excel reports
Process Orders and provide tracking information.
Assist Accounting with billing questions.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers’ experience and promote internal efficiencies.
Back-up other customer service team members as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
Collects and researches data.
Process data/orders accurately
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers’ experience and promote internal efficiencies.
Back-up other customer service team members as needed.
